Donald Trump denies wrongdoing in his handling of security tapes sought by federal investigators . Trump said in an interview with conservative radio host John Fredericks that he believed he wasnt required to hand over security tapes from his Florida resort but did so anyway . Trump also said he would not end his presidential campaign if he is convicted and sentenced on the various charges against him .
The frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination said in a radio interview that he did not believe he was required to comply with the Justice Department’s subpoenaed request for the tapes but did not know what they were saying and that he handed them over to them .
