Sindh MPA Aslam Abro’s brother, nephew killed after assailants

Sindh MPA Muhammad Aslam Abros brother and nephew were shot dead on Wednesday . Unidentified assailants opened fire on their vehicle in Phase of Karachis Defence Housing Authority DHA . Four passengers were critically injured in the attack and were taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre where they succumbed to their injuries .

Aslam was elected to Sindh Assembly in on a PTI ticket but was expelled in for violating the partys instructions during the Senate elections . Foreign Minister Bilawal BhuttoZardari who is also the chairman of the PPP strongly condemned the killing .

In a statement the Sindh Bar Council SBC said the incident was a complete failure of law enforcement agencies and said it had put a big question mark over their performance. It demanded that Sindh Inspector General Ghulam Nabi Memon and other authorities concerned take immediate notice of the incident arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice forthwith.

The SBC also condemned the brutal murder of Akram Akram who it said was an advocate and hailed from the Jacobabad district . The SSP Raza said the attack was a full-fledged failure of Law Enforcement agencies and that it was a failure of the law enforcement officers .

The incident was to be investigated by Sindh Police and that they are investigating CCTV footage of the scene of the crime and evidence was being collected. The police had cordoned off the area and were checking the CCTV footage. The Police said that they were searching for information.

The incident is believed to have taken a number of suspects. The victims have not yet been identified. They have not been identified as the suspects. They are believed to be in contact with the deceased.
